So tonight I made this Pasta with sausage, tomatoes, and mushrooms...SUCCESS! It was fabulous. I'm so glad we didn't go out to eat. Everyone agreed that this was something they would have gladly paid $8/serving in an Italian restaurant. Sooo tasty. And it made so much. I think we'll be eating leftovers for a few days...I wasn't anticipating that.
But I am very pleased and might even try submitting it to my mother's exacting standards to see what she thinks.
