Matt and I just had dinner...spicy sweet grilled cheese sandwiches.
Per Sandwich:
1/2 chopped red onion...grilled until golden brown
1 slice extra sharp cheddar
1 slice pepper jack
1-2 slices of tomato
2 slices whole wheat bread
Layer:
1 slice of bread
cheddar
onion
pepper jack
tomato
1 slice of bread
Grill as for normal grilled cheese....very savory...me gusta.
Just thought it might be nice to vary from the ordinary.
