Advil, My Friend

Several days ago Matt bought me a bicycle because we had both decided to try to save gas by biking to work. My commute is (round trip) 11.5 miles. I made the commute just fine on Wednesday, but was a little sore afterwards. I was expecting to wake up unable to walk yesterday, but was amazed to find that I wasn't nearly as sore as I had anticipated. So...I rode my bike yesterday as well. This morning I'm feeling it. My knees are slightly swollen and I am oh so sore. After a little ice and some Advil, I think I'll ride the bus today. I'll take up the biking again on Monday.
