Ada always has the squishiest diapers I have ever seen. They never stay dry, which I suppose is to be expected, but they're always packed. About a month ago my sister, Beth, was holding her and she started fussing. Beth proceeded to tell me that Ada had a squishy diaper. Squishy? Really? Okay.
So, one day I actually started calling her "Squishy" and she started laughing. It's one of the few things I can say that will almost guarantee a laugh. It reminds me of this.
My dad has also decided on a new name for Ada. He calls her "Six" because she's the sixth grandbaby. I think I should probably change to that because it won't be nearly as embarrassing for her as "Squishy" would.
